Today we will cook a fish broth which like the Chicken Soup Recipe from a previous post, we will provide a basis for numerous Recipes of seafood, as well as for Recipes paella, in which the both fish broth and add to chicken is cooking, in my view, the main ingredient.

Ingredients:
– 1 leek
– 2 carrots
– half an onion
– a clove of garlic
– Navo means
– A bunch of parsley
– A bunch of celery
– olive oil
– salt

What better than to start the day with a good dose of beta carotene, antioxidants and vitamins all contained in a pumpkin 😉
We will prepare an easy and healthy recipe, cream of pumpkin, we can complement our weekly menus with pumpkin puree recipe I posted in a previous post.

Ingredients:
– Half a kilo of pumpkin
– 2 potatoes
– 1 spring onion
– Average garlic
– 100 ml. cream
– Salt and pepper and olive oil

We started chopping all the ingredients, pumpkin (do not peel, when baking is soft), potatoes, onions and garlic.
Pour all ingredients in a pot, we take water to cover the contents and finally add a splash of oil, salt and pepper, and put them to cook over high heat for a few minutes.
When all the ingredients are well cuddly, remove from heat.
Next we all for a potato masher and add the cream, go through the blender; it is ready!!! we have our recipe for pumpkin cream, now we only need to serve and decorate, to do this we can choose to take a stream of olive oil or, put a few pieces of ham or fry some vegetables like broccoli or asparagus and place above the cream. ingredients:
– 500 g of pumpkin
– half an onion
– Average garlic
– 1 medium potato
– 2 carrots

– olive oil

– salt
– Water (the amount of water according to taste, if you like the thick puree just take an amount of water to cover the ingredients plus 3 fingers).

One of the most popular recipes for fish with both summer and autumn season, hake is a white fish that we find very often in the fisheries and therefore also offer a lot of versatility in their preparation is a recipe for fish more popular.

Ingredients:
-The Slices of hake

A glass of fish stock
-3 Garlic cloves

We will make a recipe that has some difficulty, but the result will make us the effort; Let’s go there!!
We started putting a pan or paella pan to medium-low heat, threw a jet of olive oil, the finely chopped garlic and chopped onion also, we leave for a while but in no time it begins to brown.
On the other side in a pan fry slices previously salted hake; and reserve.
Below we focus on the pan of garlic and onions, because from here we will make the pil pil, that we saw in the recipe for clams.
