Today we are going to prepare a quick and very healthy dish, it is ideal for our daily meals so we complete a healthy diet alternating with the cooked ones. ( And Stew Recipes by my blog).

The first thing to keep in mind when we are at the fishmonger is to select the fresh fish and ask them to prepare it for the oven.
In this case, there is a wide variety in the market from the turbot (is the one I will prepare in this recipe), old, golden, red mullet, sea bass …….

What I usually do with fish products is to buy them the day they come from the rula, for this, I ask the fishmonger the day the fish enters the supermarket; Is a very effective way to buy the best product quality.

If I notice that there is a lot of variety, I always buy blue and white fish that I keep in specific bags in the freezer; So I make sure to have products available at home and incidentally, freezing them eliminated any chance of bacterium they might have.

Well, after this introduction we go to what is the preparation of the Baked Fish Recipe.

First as I said we bought the fresh fish and prepared for the oven, in this recipe there are only 5 ingredients:

Ingredients:

1- Fatty salt
2- 2 Lemons
3- Water
4- Olive oil
5- White or blue fish.

Preparation:

The preparation is very easy, place the fish in the oven tray and anoint it with oil (preferably olive oil) and salt.
Then we squeeze the lemons (with the hands, it is not necessary to use a juicer). Let us know about the two parts of the fish. We reserved 2 lemon peels to place them in the same oven tray next to the fish and fill them with a little water, so that it is not too dry in the oven.

Finally, prepare the oven at maximum power and place the tray in the middle to avoid burning the top. Depending on the size of the fish that we are doing will be the time that is in the oven, I calculate a half hour at maximum power and do not need to turn it.

The result is a healthy and exquisite cuisine very easy and very fast to cook this sies fastfood but healthy; We will accompany it with a delicious salad that we can prepare while cooking the fish in the oven.

Ingredients:

ingredients:

– 400 Grams of lentils.
– Half an onion cut into squares.
– 2 Cloves of garlic, minced.
– 2 Carrots cut into squares.
– Medium chopped bell pepper.
– 2 Sausages.
– 2 Potatoes.
– Water, Olive Oil, salt, paprika and bay leaf.

We started  putting a pot on a little olive oil, add below the onion, garlic, carrots, bay leaf, pepper and a bit of tomato sauce; let it simmer.
Then add the lentils and water enough so that the cover and 2 fingers left over quantity.

This week we continue with vegetable recipes to purify our body after the Christmas delicacies.
The Baked Chard Recipe, may well be a variety of Ratatouille, since it is nothing but baked vegetables, in this case the main vegetable used is, as it can not be otherwise, chard and I also added my case I had an eggplant in the refrigerator (well you know what I like to take the food to avoid any waste).

Ingredients:
Chard.
– A tomato.
– An eggplant.
– Grated cheese.
– Olive oil.

– Provencal herbs.

Preparation:
We started washing chard, leaf by leaf, in the tap and so we left it very clean; below the blanch 5 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
We take the chard pot and reserve. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
We take the eggplant and cut into sheets, the dip into a bowl with water and went through a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.
In a casserole, let placing a layer of Chard and another eggplant and tomato, below another layer of Chard, and so on until we finish with all the vegetables finally add tomato and grated cheese, a dash of olive oil and Provencal herbs, we put it in the preheated oven until everything is well browned us. About 20 minutes.

Giving way to bingeing this Christmas, and following the post that I posted above, with a brief explanation on the virtues of our garden: vegetables, we will make a very, very simple recipe, at the same time healthy, the Rataouille.
As a note I have to say that vegetables with which you can perform are as many as we like or want, I often use leftovers from other recipes to maximize the use of the food, and not fall into the waste; A recent study reported that 25% of the food we prepare for Christmas just in the trash (A madness !!!).
No more to argue, let the recipe Ratatouille, Let’s go, Foodies !!!!
Ingredients:
– A large tomato.
– An eggplant.
– Goat cheese.
Olive oil.
– Salt.
– Provencal herbs

We started cutting into thin slices eggplant much like tomatoes.
Next, we dip the eggplant slices in a bowl with water, and passed through a pan with olive oil over medium heat.

Now in my case, I used a clay pot and have alternating a slice of tomato with eggplant, as is seen in the photo. Take to turn the oven to maximum power, since the preparation of the recipe Ratatouille is already ending.
Finally in the middle I put the piece of goat cheese, but could also use grated cheese, or even nothing.
Add a splash of olive oil and add the Provençal herbs and stick it in the oven must be hot enough already, time is approximately 20 minutes until golden brown all over; and ready to serve.
