Surely with the Recipe for sweet dumplings walnut we have prepared a few days ago, we had some leftover stuffing; Well here is a recipe to use it and prepare a deluxe breakfast, this is a Recipe for walnut pastry.
Ingredients:
We need a sheet of puff pastry (of which are sold in supermarkets) and nut filling recipe sweet nut pies.

We’ll take the puff pastry sheet, we left at room temperature at least half an hour before working. We light the oven to maximum temperature.
Below we put the pastry on a baking paper and stretch a little roll, we take the long walnut stuffing and close the dough.

I drew up a half hour before breakfast to serve warm with coffee, certainly will not overrun nothing 😉

 

This is a quick way to make the recipe, since we bought the estate. Today we celebrate Thanksgiving Day with pumpkin cake, we will quickly prepare and enjoyable to be ready for a snack.

Ingredients:
– 300 grams of grated pumpkin without skin (it cut the pumpkin into pieces and grate with a grater, being careful not to cut off).
– 250 grams of sugar
– 300 grams of bread flour
– 100 grams of olive oil
– 4 eggs
– 1 package yeast

Preparation;
We begin whisking eggs in a bowl, once this is done, add the sugar and stir well with a shovel silicone or wooden spoon to integrate the ingredients well.
We continue to add the remaining ingredients of the recipe, in the case of flour and yeast, we unite in a separate bowl and sift before.
Finally once everything well mixed beat with mixer.

Let stand the mixture in the bowl covered with a cloth or plastic wrap, half an hour while we light the oven to 250 degrees and wait for it to warm up.
We spread well buttered mold when mixture begins to bubble (which is already fermenting) threw him into the mold and then baked.
I used to decorate icing and you’re ready to celebrate  Thanksgiving Day.

For the filling:
– 500 grams of nuts.
– 100 grams of sugar.

Prepare stuffing as follows and considering that we have to marinate minimum of 2 days in a cool place but not in the refrigerator.
Peel the nuts, we consider that we will peel half the weight, in our case, 250/300 grams; and let deposited on the baking sheet, give heat stroke, that is, leave it in the oven at a temperature of about 150 degrees for 5-7 minutes and we get (in this way we will be more drying and easy grind without a paste is made).
The grind grind complemented by the mixer and then ground nut mix it with sugar and anise drops. (We let marinate).

For the pastry:
(This traditional recipe is for frying, because we would stay in the oven too hard).
– 1 glass of white wine.
– 1 cup of olive oil.

We take this autumn fruit and as we walk through the countryside of the fig trees collect a few figs, to prepare a rich recipe of figs in syrup; whereas, moreover, if we follow the advice to make preserves, they will last all year.

The steps are:

We picked the figs with no bumps or bruises, which are not very green, we must take into account a state of optimum ripeness.

Ingredients:
-For Every kilo of figs
-1 Kilo of sugar
-1 Liters of water
A piece of cinnamon

Now we put in a pot to boil water, sugar and cinnamon, and for five minutes over medium heat, stir.
After this time we cover the pot, remove from heat and let stand overnight, to the mixture is well macerated.

The next day, we boil the content, add the figs clean, and leave it to medium heat for ten minutes; below we raise the heat to high and boil down five minutes.
After that, we take the figs with forceps, to avoid contact with hands, we are introducing in jars and do the same with the syrup, in this case we’ll pouring from a jug.
The content must be kept at a distance of a finger from the top to get hermetically sealed jars.

We will prepare a cake ideal for our desserts or cheese alone, starting in portions for snacking at home.
It’s very simple to do, and not at all cloying, the ingredients are for a 6 servings.

Ingredients:
– 1 pot cheese spread
-3 eggs
-3 Natural yoghurt
-3 Tablespoons flour
– 10 spoons of sugar (depending on how sweet you like it).

Preheat oven to 250 degrees; Meanwhile, in a bowl mix all ingredients, first with a spoon and then with the blender.

Next, we spread the mold with butter, it is well to prevent sticking nothing is easy and unmold.

We are in autumn and quince fruit is in season. It can be eaten raw or also take advantage and make a homemade preserves them well enjoy them all year. Let’s make the homemade recipe for quince.

Ingredients:
-1 Kilo of quince
– 700 grams of sugar
-1 Cinnamon stick
-1 Russet
-1 Jet medium lemon

Wash well and dry the quinces, below the peel and chop, do the same with apples.
The cast in a tupperware and cover everything with sugar and lemon juice.
Let stand overnight. (In the morning we will see that the quinces have released lots of water).
We put it all in a pan with the cinnamon stick over medium heat (6 numbers of the hob, at 4); let it fry until the water has evaporated, as we go stirring to avoid burning (so are a good time, between an hour and hour and a half).

When the fruit is soft withdraw the cinnamon stick, we went through the blender and continue cooking we let a few more minutes and carefully because the puree with the heat of the kitchen and long jump; careful not to burn.

Come up with a simple cup cake or muffins, but we are going to fill it with chocolate shavings as decoration.
Ingredients:
-3 eggs

-1 On yeast (leavening for pastries)
-250 Gr. olive oil
-200 Gr. of sugar
-375 Gr. Of flour
-zest lemon (zest is important to add at least half a lemon, because it gives a delicious flavor to the cake)
– a bit of salt

This Recipe is simple, beat well for a few minutes the egg yolks (this is optional, on the one hand can beat the egg whites until stiff, or beat the whole egg at a time).
