Surely with the Recipe for sweet dumplings walnut we have prepared a few days ago, we had some leftover stuffing; Well here is a recipe to use it and prepare a deluxe breakfast, this is a Recipe for walnut pastry.
Ingredients:
We need a sheet of puff pastry (of which are sold in supermarkets) and nut filling recipe sweet nut pies.

We’ll take the puff pastry sheet, we left at room temperature at least half an hour before working. We light the oven to maximum temperature.
Below we put the pastry on a baking paper and stretch a little roll, we take the long walnut stuffing and close the dough.
We introduce in the oven, carefully because it will do in about 15 minutes.
When well done take it out and sprinkle with icing sugar; and now this !!! Ready for breakfast.

I drew up a half hour before breakfast to serve warm with coffee, certainly will not overrun nothing 😉

 

This is a quick way to make the recipe, since we bought the estate. Today we celebrate Thanksgiving Day with pumpkin cake, we will quickly prepare and enjoyable to be ready for a snack.

Ingredients:
– 300 grams of grated pumpkin without skin (it cut the pumpkin into pieces and grate with a grater, being careful not to cut off).
– 250 grams of sugar
– 300 grams of bread flour
– 100 grams of olive oil
– 4 eggs
– 1 package yeast

Preparation;
We begin whisking eggs in a bowl, once this is done, add the sugar and stir well with a shovel silicone or wooden spoon to integrate the ingredients well.
We continue to add the remaining ingredients of the recipe, in the case of flour and yeast, we unite in a separate bowl and sift before.
Finally once everything well mixed beat with mixer.

Let stand the mixture in the bowl covered with a cloth or plastic wrap, half an hour while we light the oven to 250 degrees and wait for it to warm up.
We spread well buttered mold when mixture begins to bubble (which is already fermenting) threw him into the mold and then baked.
I used to decorate icing and you’re ready to celebrate  Thanksgiving Day.

Today it’s dessert, and also the fruits that I have collected these days in the mountains, hazelnuts, is a recipe divided into three parts, first the cake, the other cover and finally the bathroom, in this way we have the wet cake.

Ingredients (serves 6):

For the cake;
– 5 medium eggs

– 5 tablespoons sugar
– 5 tablespoons flour
– Medium on yeast
– Butter for greasing.

For coverage;
– 1/4 kilo of peeled hazelnuts, toasted (5 minutes in the oven at 150 °) and ground
– 4 egg yolks
– 4 egg whites

– 8 tablespoons sugar

For bathroom;
– A splash of sherry or brandy
– 2 tablespoons sugar.

First, prepare the cake with ingredients that I have indicated, we spread the pan with butter, pour the ingredients and cook for 15 minutes at 200 ° maximum.

Meanwhile we develop coverage in a bowl; mix the yolks with the sugar then ground and finally the whites until stiff hazelnuts, mix everything with a shovel silicone was stirring inside.

Below we take the cake from the oven and add coverage for the top blade extending as well with silicone.
We return to put the cake in the oven and cook about 10 minutes at 200 °.
Meanwhile prepare the bath, will sherry and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to boil, we remove it and pour over cake, previously prick the cake with a knife to penetrate well the bathroom.

Decorate, I bought some flowers brand Dr. Otecker for decoration without complicate more.

We will prepare a cake ideal for our desserts or cheese alone, starting in portions for snacking at home.
It’s very simple to do, and not at all cloying, the ingredients are for a 6 servings.

Ingredients:
– 1 pot cheese spread
-3 eggs
-3 Natural yoghurt
-3 Tablespoons flour
– 10 spoons of sugar (depending on how sweet you like it).

Preheat oven to 250 degrees; Meanwhile, in a bowl mix all ingredients, first with a spoon and then with the blender.

Next, we spread the mold with butter, it is well to prevent sticking nothing is easy and unmold.
We pour the ingredients, and bake about 50 minutes left, clicking with the stick or until a knife comes out clean.
Once this baked, we turn off the oven and leave within a few minutes more.

Finally we get the cake and let it cool first in the counter and after about 2 hours in the refrigerator; now if we proceed to unmold and decorate.
For decoration I like touse red fruits, freshly picked from the plant, and very clean; blackberries, strawberries ….. or use blackberry jam; I have previously made a post on your prescription.
