We will prepare a very healthy and easy recipe to make, it is related to other recipes I posted above; Salad Recipe and Baked Chard Recipe.
Let’s go, Foodies !!!

ingredients:
Chard.
– Olive oil
– Salt.
– Juice of half a lemon.

First we must wash each leaf of chard so well that we make sure to remove any residue that may have.
Blanch the leaves in a pot of boiling water over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Remove and reserve in a bowl.
As we prepare a vinaigrette in a bowl add olive oil, juice and salt slimes and spent half the blender so that all ingredients are blended.
Pour the vinaigrette over the chard leaves and longer spinach salad ready to eat.
Optionally we can cut a few cubes of cheese or grated cheese added.

Something so easy to prepare and take as healthy as a fruit: the tomato.
Imperative that no tomatoes are in camera or rather from the refrigerator, it is important to keep them in an area of the home that is cooler, of course, another option is to take them to the ground every time we buy. 😉

The latter for those who are lucky to have a garden at home!.

Tomatoes retain their aroma and their properties alone make this gesture that I just discussed, do not put them in the fridge !!!.

To prepare the salad, we only sprinkle with olive oil and extra virgin if it is much better and salt, ideally, pink Himalayan salt or salt in petals, to give two examples. And ready here we have one of the most antioxidants recipes and nature prevents us from innumerable related diseases poor eating habits.

CAESAR SALAD RECIPE

Here I have prepared a Caesar  Salad !!!! with lettuce to which I added shredded chicken (about leftovers that had the previous day gave me to buy a roast chicken).
Moreover I cut a piece of bread into small cubes and put to brown in the sandwich.
I shredded a piece of hard cheese and leave aside to prepare the sauce.
To prepare the sauce I followed a recipe from chef José Andrés, with the following ingredients:
– One egg
-A jet virgin olive oil
-A drop of vinegar
Two teaspoons mustard
-A pinch of salt and pepper
-Some drops of lemon
-Half or garlic (as we like spicy)
-4 To 5 anchovies
And all in a blender, then add the grated cheese and stir well to make it all integrated and pour over the leaves of lettuce previously washed and games. We pour the chicken and stir crumbled.
Then add a splash of balsamic vinegar and grate some nuts that we take over the entire ensala.
Finally add the diced bread, just in time to serve so they do not soften and ready ……

In the first picture, I made the salad with lettuce, diced red and green peppers, cherrys tomatoes and chickpeas previously cooked and cooled; Finally I have all seasoned with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and pink Himalayan salt.

In the second picture I made a typical salad with lettuce, tomato and onion, I have added diced cheese and dressed with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and pink Himalayan salt.
