Seafood cooking time.

Seafood is so time will expose a small table of cooking times to get the optimum point of each seafood.
Shellfish are classified into three groups:
Crustaceans.
Mollusks.
Cephalopods.

Regarding Shrimp, small Shrimp, Prawns, Shellfish cooked for is different and specific time; seafood gets into the pot with water and boiling it and sinks to the bottom, it moves a little, and in no time begins to rise to the surface.
