I will prepare some Chinese rice noodles, this time elaborare recipe with vegetables, celery and carrot; the truth that is very easy to make and although you can prepare lots for several days, in the case of Chinese noodles rather only prepare for the day.

Ingredients:
– 1 Noodle
– 2 carrots
– A few branches of celery
– Olive oil
– Salt
– Sesame seeds for garnish and Soy sauce.

First of all I put to boil the noodles as directed on once facts, wring out and put on a serving dish.
Then I prepare the vegetables, very thin beak and very small so as carrots and celery skipped in a pan with a little olive oil.
Made the vegetables and pour over pasta dressing with sesame seeds, and now this, the recipe for Chinese noodles, ready to taste.

Today we celebrate Thanksgiving Day with pumpkin cake, we will quickly prepare and enjoyable to be ready for a snack.

Ingredients:
– 300 grams of grated pumpkin without skin (it cut the pumpkin into pieces and grate with a grater, being careful not to cut off).
– 250 grams of sugar
– 300 grams of bread flour
– 100 grams of olive oil
– 4 eggs
– 1 package yeast

Preparation;
We begin whisking eggs in a bowl, once this is done, add the sugar and stir well with a shovel silicone or wooden spoon to integrate the ingredients well.
We continue to add the remaining ingredients of the recipe, in the case of flour and yeast, we unite in a separate bowl and sift before.
Finally once everything well mixed beat with mixer.

Let stand the mixture in the bowl covered with a cloth or plastic wrap, half an hour while we light the oven to 250 degrees and wait for it to warm up.
We spread well buttered mold when mixture begins to bubble (which is already fermenting) threw him into the mold and then baked.
I used to decorate icing and you’re ready to celebrate  Thanksgiving Day.

Here we go with an ideal time for this recipe, it’s time to eat healthy and homemade taste, and to do nothing better than a good stew of chickpeas.

Ingredients:

This recipe will develop from two others, which as I told you is the basis of the tradional Spanish cuisine, also the Stew Recipe and Chicken Soup Recipes.
Well we started throwing the chickpeas in the pot, previously washed in tap water, add the chopped carrot, bone and meat.
Now add the chicken soup until we cover the ingredients well and 2 fingers left over.
We put to boil over high heat, when it starts to boil add the stew (sofrito) and sausages cooking, stir and lower the heat to medium; if we are using a pot expres the cover and let cook for 20-30 minutes.
Once rested and already can open, open it and add 2 peeled and cubed potatoes and return to boil 10 minutes.
I recommend this recipe at night, thus the next day already relaxed and thick broth, is ready to eat !!! Enjoy your meal !!!! 😉

Ingredients (serves 6):

For the cake;
– 5 medium eggs

– 5 tablespoons sugar
– 5 tablespoons flour
– Medium on yeast
– Butter for greasing.

For coverage;
– 1/4 kilo of peeled hazelnuts, toasted (5 minutes in the oven at 150 °) and ground
– 4 egg yolks
– 4 egg whites

– 8 tablespoons sugar

For bathroom;
– A splash of sherry or brandy
– 2 tablespoons sugar.

There immensity of nutritional studies done on this food, today I will make a very brief summary to tell the principal and stay with the idea that the oil we use for meals can not haggle, it’s too important to our health and to without the foundation of our cuisine, which is the “fire” of our health.
A few times we stop to think about their culinary virtues, diet, healthy and even why not, also aesthetic.
I’ll start to enumerate some of them, have any been proven to change the olive oil Salad by another ?, In that notice the difference, one kilometer !!!; you can not compare.
And why not talk about their nutritional value and beneficial properties for our health ?:

Today we will cook a fish broth which like the Chicken Soup Recipe from a previous post, we will provide a basis for numerous Recipes of seafood, as well as for Recipes paella, in which the both fish broth and add to chicken is cooking, in my view, the main ingredient.

Ingredients:
– 1 leek
– 2 carrots
– half an onion
– a clove of garlic
– Navo means
– A bunch of parsley
– A bunch of celery
– olive oil
– salt

– And fish (Here we use either from head or spinal hake any fish, my advice so that it is truly exquisite use of rape half a head, the result is worth it).

Ingredients:
– Half a kilo of pumpkin
– 2 potatoes
– 1 spring onion
– Average garlic
– 100 ml. cream
– Salt and pepper and olive oil

We started chopping all the ingredients, pumpkin (do not peel, when baking is soft), potatoes, onions and garlic.
Pour all ingredients in a pot, we take water to cover the contents and finally add a splash of oil, salt and pepper, and put them to cook over high heat for a few minutes.
When all the ingredients are well cuddly, remove from heat.
Next we all for a potato masher and add the cream, go through the blender; it is ready!!! we have our recipe for pumpkin cream, now we only need to serve and decorate, to do this we can choose to take a stream of olive oil or, put a few pieces of ham or fry some vegetables like broccoli or asparagus and place above the cream. Anyone is a spectacular result.

Today’s late autumn so if we stay at home and take the opportunity to prepare an exceptional and so easy to do as some pancakes recipe.
The ingredients you will need are basic:

For the filling:
– 500 grams of nuts.
– 100 grams of sugar.
– A few drops of anis.
Prepare stuffing as follows and considering that we have to marinate minimum of 2 days in a cool place but not in the refrigerator.
Peel the nuts, we consider that we will peel half the weight, in our case, 250/300 grams; and let deposited on the baking sheet, give heat stroke, that is, leave it in the oven at a temperature of about 150 degrees for 5-7 minutes and we get (in this way we will be more drying and easy grind without a paste is made).
The grind grind complemented by the mixer and then ground nut mix it with sugar and anise drops. (We let marinate).

For the pastry:
(This traditional recipe is for frying, because we would stay in the oven too hard).
– 1 glass of white wine.
– 1 cup of olive oil.
– 1/4 cup of water.
– A little bit of salt.
– Flour.

We started preparing the pastry; in a bowl mix the wine, oil, water and salt, stir all ingredients and then we pour the flour until the dough is made.

Once within 2 h, return to knead for 15 minutes and began to cut the dough into dumplings, the traditional way is to stretch the dough and cut into rectangles (see photo), each rectangle fillit in the middle with walnut (see picture); and then we close the dumpling, sealing the edges with a fork (see picture) so that when we fry not open.
Prepare a pan with plenty of olive oil (I insist all my recipes in the use of olive oil as this found that frying oil is the best that we can use as permeates not just fried).
